I decided to buy this CV looks very interesting !!!   I hope I can get some good seedlings out of it

It's quite unique, Kerry. Not very similar to either parent but the genes are there. Most windmill style flowers are small and simple, not very desirable for collectors. But this one is so large and has the lavender/blue tones in it that I found it striking. I watched it bloom and bloom without changing for months before deciding to go ahead with it. Good bush genes in it, too. Who knows what its offspring might be like!

I agree I never seen any hibiscus with windmill shape that was this big ! You know I do not like pink either LOL so this one caught my eye

Norm, I think this is the first photo of Dutch Windmill for the forum, for sure the first with 3 open flowers. Very nice!

Thanks Charlie, it has been a good bloomer inside a  south facing window temps 54-72 degrees. If you look at the new picture I took about an hour ago, you can see how the petals change or form more of a point.
