Which fertilizer  should  I use from you guys now that I have them outside?

If all is well and you want it to stay that way, no need to switch.   $ budget is another consideration too.
Every now and then you can toss in some booster if you  continue to use Houseplant Fertilizer outside.
Direct sun makes a huge difference vs a houseplant only getting indirect sun.

It also depends what you want your hibiscus to do.
If you want them to grow big and tall you can switch from Houseplant to Special Blend.
I recommend you pull the saucers if you increase fertilizer so the water drains out of the holes to promote drainage and reduce fertilizer burn.

The 1st couple weeks outside my hibiscus can burn very easily until the foliage has a chance to thicken up and get back to normal.    By summer most of the winter foliage turns yellow or burns off when they go from inside to outside.
