New Plant is Dying

Please help ..... again! I received my two new plants a few weeks ago.  The box they came was crushed in delivery so I was a little nervous to open it.  The one plant was fine, but other, Ephemeral, was very droopy and all the leaves on one side of it were bent or broken off.  Little by little all the leaves on the one side died and fell off along with some of the leaves on the other side.  I have been using Super Nova spray on it and I thought it was improving, but the past couple of days it has dropped all but two leaves at the very top of the plant.  Any ideas?  What should I do?  Is it hopeless?
