Thanks Darren! Now that the days are getting longer they receive sunlight from the morning until around 1pm and will continue to receive more sunlight as we go towards spring. These are my "work" plants, as I can't go a full day without having some of my babies along with me  . As you can imagine they bring a ton of joy (and questions) to co-workers and passers by and always make the work day a bit better. It goes without saying that all of your latest blooms look wonderful. I am especially intrigued by your latest Tahitians! I've never seen that Tahitian Royal Chocolate before until yours from the other day - very unique! Congrats on making the cover of the latest HI and thanks for the informative article. Keep up the great work! |

I'm sure enjoying the photos that are being posted. Thanks for making my day and a lot of other people's as well!
During the winter we do all our hybridizing at Hidden Valley Hibiscus. This year has been especially good with lots of flowers of lots of great varieties available to work with. Below are a few photos of a few of the actual flowers we are using extensively this year.

Charlie those are some tremendous CVs you are working with! The photos speak for themselves and you can see the extremely large size of many of them. It seems like 2017 is going to be one heck of a year for HVH!
