Jonathan, congratulations on your first HVH bloom--and a very nice one it is.
Getting back to southern California today after a week in Florida I was pleased to find a number of significantly larger blooms after suffering through a winter with small flowers with more mundane color patterns. Magnifique has the largest bloom I have seen on my plant--a full 9". I suspect it is on day 2 or 3 as the colors are a little faded. Rocket's Red Glare had three flowers measuring 8 1/2-9"--the largest I have had on that prolific bloomer. Polar Bear is back to its 9 1/2" size. Also a first bloom on Togetherness that I received just a couple of weeks ago.

Of course large blooms are nothing new for Simple Pleasures and Acapulco Gold--two of the best cvs ever (kudos to Charlie). Also Saffron and Delta Dawn.

Jonathan - Great Abracadabra!!! Thanks for sharing.

Erny - Welcome back to SoCal. Those are some impressive blooms to come home to. Rocket's Red Glare is one of my favorites.

Darren - Prosperity, Ay Caramba and Dapple Dandy are looking great. I can't wait for mine to start blooming. And as I said before, I just love Summer Delight.

I had a couple of blooms on the plants I got Thursday from HVH. Belle du Jour (my camera doesn't do pinks well) and Funny Voodoo. The Funny Voodoo bloom is a bit tired. Due to my weird weekend work schedule, plants that bloom late Saturday morning I can't get a photo until late Sunday afternoon. Also, first bloom this year for Romeo.

Welcome back Erny!  Nice way to come home to much improving blooms.

Bill your blooms are looking more colorful by the day.  Are your pics taken with a phone camera?  I wish mine could take decent pics but big difference compared to my Sony Cybershot.
