Looks like a pretty nice mini, anyone have experience with it? Also since it is from Hawaii, was it hybridized independently from other varieties? The only two native Hawaiian species I know of are H. kokio and H. arnottianus and to me Alii Uii looks like alot like H. kokio.

A big NO from me! Bad grower, does not open well in the warm weather, does not bloom well. I threw away my plant after a few year battle to give it suitable conditions to behave itself. But, the experience may differ.
