This Cultivar is one of my favorites in Charles Black creation because it looks very flat and large in photos and the parent is the one which makes me think more about it. It is Pinot Noir. Being a darker purple in colour it because recessive in this place, so if it is crossed again with same parent we may get interesting results. .
My cross suggestion
Jolly Green Giant x Flying Saucer
Flying Saucer x Jolly Green Giant
Because these two have Pinot Noir as a parent so may we will get a nice blue cultivar from this cross...

Mr. Charles Black, how this cultivar roots for you?
And I have some questions about taking cuttings.
Normally here in our place we use hard wood cuttings to root our Hibiscus plants. We just take some hard wood cuttings and plant it in the ground and we water it daily. It will be ready to bloom in six months... So I am asking that in your green house how you propagate Hibiscus from cutting?
