Queen of Sheba

I really like the blooms on this one a ton. The color combo is very unique and exceptionally striking. It is hard to believe that a plant can produce such colors on a flower but it is true. What I also love about this cultivar is that the winter blooms are also very striking too. A super saturated brickish red with light colored veining is quite the look too.

This plant is a good bloomer. Not quite the same caliber as a typical HVH plant but it is vigorous, easy to grow and responds well to pruning. Another must have in my book. This one got me to really start to like the brown blooms but it has some amazing other colors like gold, copper and pewter. Combine that with the dark red eye and lush red color band after that and you get one heck of a stunning bloom!
