Diamond Ring after being indoors since early Sept. 2 really cool shades of blue/purple in this bloom.
Wow Factor houseplant still doing some interesting stigma pads.

Final Tarzan of the season. The bush went from 5ft tall down to 1ft.
Sad to say I tossed out a whole garbage bag of great wood from it.
Pinot Noir bloomed non stop this season from May 7th as a houseplant
Tsaritsa outside for a quick photo.
I had high hopes for this seedling (Bold and Beautiful X unknown.) By Jose Fernandez-Saiz
After 18 months and a really nice bush this seedling was disposed of the same day it bloomed.
I was hoping for a similar large flower to Bold and Beautiful but with a different color.

The last few photos that I posted of Pinot Noir including a few under the hibiscus cultivar Pinot Noir topic, you will see there is not much of an eye on the blooms as I left it outside in the cold throughout Sept. to bring out the burgundy.
These Pinot Noir blooms are a result of a few weeks in the warm house with a couple doses of Houseplant Formula and all of the sudden the eyes are back. I was thrilled when I woke up to see this. The rest of the photos are under the hibiscus cultivar Pinot Noir topic.
A smaller Wow Factor.

Went away for a few weeks, but beforehand had to prune everything down significantly to bring indoors before the cold hits. I've had good growth both indoors and out this year as several varieties grew up to 5-6 ft. tall. On one hand its a shame I had to bring all my plants in as I was getting some really dark, varied colors out of some blooms like Creme de Cacao, White Hot and Night Runner, but I'm also excited for more compact bushes with extra side branching that the pruning will hopefully bring.

Here's a comparison of White Hot outdoors in the fall, then indoors under T5 lighting later in the month to show the dramatic color variation.
Same with Night Runner after being brought in.

Nice Valentine's Day Brenden. VD is one of my favorites and yes, patience is usually rewarded with tropical hibiscus!
Merkity - Night Runner's blooms are some of the best, but I find the bush to be one of the worst. Overall definitely worth adding to your collection though.

a few more blooms from Oct.
Last Wow Factor of the season before pruning.
Tsaritsa which is a year round houseplant continues to amaze me. It's so strong the blooms stay open for 5+ days and fades attractively.
Unknown seedling. Hard to see and say with the plant shutting down since I brought it inside but I think it has a silver and pink eye. I won't know for sure until next year when it's back outside getting sun again.

Hey Kyle, how big did your Wow Factor get this year before pruning? Mine was blooming at about 2 ft., then went into another growing cycle and is now over 4ft. I'm reluctant to prune it at the moment as it has now began budding again at the top and I love the blooms so much. I'd like to get it to bloom with more branching and at a much smaller height next year and was wondering if you had any suggestions? Right now it's really just one large stalk with another small stem branching out about 3.5 feet up. I wish the smaller stem had branched out at a lower height so I could prune right above it...

That is soo neat with the seedling, so I am under the impression that you grew that?or received it smells time ago. I got my first seed to sprout last 2 nights ago, believe it or not, as soon as the pod opened, I put it in soil, and next morning, it has nice sprout already
