This Silver Lining opened up more blue and turned silver when the sun hit it for a little bit on this hot day.
Tarzan at mid day.
Laughing Fountain Pinot Noir behind it.

Can't believe it's September already!  The colors on several varieties are already starting to change a bit, although it's still pretty humid in Northern NJ most evenings.

A huge outdoors Valentine's Day with my arm/hand in the background for size comparison.

Kilimanjaro starting to show more colors (and blooms) as the seasons begin its transition.

Mandarin Sunset doing well outdoors.

Silver Lining popping off indoors.

Thunder Egg outdoors.

Some lovely Acapulco Gold triplets opening up over the Labor Day weekend.

Space Oddity is looking great, Kyle and I love the crinkly texture you are getting on Wow Factor!  My WF bloomed early as a 4" pot but is now in it's growing stage.  I have mine indoors and it also seems to be a good seed setter as one would assume from its parentage.

Acapulco Gold sextuplets with a Mandarin Sunset photobombing in the upper right.  Sorry about the chair.

Tahitian Princess has been putting out some really nice blooms despite being bothered by whiteflies recently.

Creme de Cacao has been outdoors and has basically tripled in size since I brought it out this summer after keeping it indoors over the winter.  I will have to prune later in the fall and bring several plants in under florescent lighting.

Night Runner - I've staked up this bush and it's actually responding pretty well.

More Kilimanjaro colors as it fall continues to sweep in.

My very first Simple Pleasures.  Missed it in full bloom during the day, but managed to capture a shot (with flash) as the sun went down.

Missing You is always putting out interesting colors.

Silver Lining is ever blooming; True Love as well.

Sugar Kisses in front of some old law school books.

A close up of Creme de Cacao.

Lastly, I attended a Puja over the weekend and some HVH blooms made the trip as an offering to the Gods.  You can see Missing you in the top center with a small Blue Ballerina in front of it, Valentine's Day with Ganesh on the bottom right and Marooned n Blue on the front left.

Tarzan
Thunder Egg
I held off on pruning this month because the weather has been very nice but cool.   Its time now to wash, cut, wash, and bring inside for the winter.

Laughing Fountain's 1 of 3 flowers today.   I was waiting for something like this.   The eyes were difficult to develop in this 1st year and looking forward to next years blooms.
I like the flower and the bush on this cultivar and the flowers stay open for days.
