Darren, those are some of the best Tahitian Princess blooms I've seen!
I had some nice Bonnie Lass blooms the past 2 days.

Very nice photos Denise. It must be quite hot upin your area. We had record heat here in Orange County yesterday at 104. Today it was already 96 by 10:30. Heavy Metal appears to like the heat. Also: Cindy's Heart Valentine's Day

Silver Dragon continues to be a winner. Also Daisy Mae and Winter Lights in sun and shade.

Forgot to mention the unusual petaloids on Winter Lights above--I suppose it is due to the heat. Contrasting sun and shade photos of Inner Compass, Saffron, and Bright Horizon.

Denise - gorgeous blooms! Loving Bonnie Lass so much...
Erny - WOW it is hot today, I thought yesterday was a scorcher but it is now 102F and it's only 1pm. Lovely blooms, you're right about Heavy Metal - it looks like it is in it's prime! Man that Bright Horizons is really killer. I always wonder why I haven't purchased that one yet. The tables are turning as you are now getting me to add to my wish list with your pics...
Speaking of hot weather loving cvs, I have noticed this last month with the hot weather here that my two best growing plants have been Cindy's Heart and Bridal Path. No surprise there...

Darren, I'm glad to hear that I'm helping add to your wish list. If I can get you to add about fifty more, we might be close to even. Some Like It Hot is certainly living up to its name. I'm really liking T. Antique Purple as well. Here are some that opened later today: Strawberry Fields Forever Special FX Double Date triplets Creme de la Creme

Some real beauties posted lately - and its only the beginning of the best bloom season!
Here's some from the HVH greenhouse:
Tiger Cub - small but pretty! Belle of the Ball - big offspring of Belle du Jour Fickle Female - fun flower, child of Space Oddity Blushing Peach - one with Mom for size ref and a group together - big vigorous bush, tons of blooms, great plant if you like the softer colors.
