I have a young Blue Ballerina that is growing fine with some buds. The four or five leaves near the top of the plant are curled or rolled up. It is the only one of my hibiscus that does this. I think it is one CV that is just more prone to the types of agents (bacterial, viral, fungal) which cause leaf curl. I thought it was a reaction to a pesticide spray but with many others seeing the same thing that seems less likely. However, it does not happen all the time with all plants of Blue Ballerina so it remains something of a mystery. It does not signal something worse about to happen to the plant as far as I've been able to tell.
