I haven't seen it do it very often but once I had one in deep shade on a porch and thats what happened. This also looks like Cranberry Muffin after color lost but my bet would be Saffron.

Would it be safe to say that this is probably the best hybrid mother so far? This year's new offerings were definitely heavy on the Saffron side. Blooms are just under 6 inches which is its normal size and it's one of Charlie's cultivars, but not a recent release. The blue flowers in the background are another one of my plant addictions, African violets.
