You might not want them in your house but they are one of the best all purpose insect pest eaters. Having a good population of them in your yard would be a help with any kind of insect pest.

In fact I saw one yesterday on Hot Pepper. Perhaps looking for its eggs. Fascinating creatures... the only insect that can turn its head too!
