back in september of 2001, i ordered a plant from HV, name slips me at the monent. I believe, if i remember correctly, the plant was shipped on the day before 9/11. due to the disaster, the plant was in limbo for THREE weeks and when i received it, it was perfect, only a few yellow leaves and the soil was still moist. Hopefully we never have that kind of disaster again, either for the plants or the humans. We try to pack for every kind of contingency, but one like that is beyond anything we even think about.
