Title: Unpacking instructions in latest newsletter
Post by: Ellen on April 16, 2017, 12:38:36 PM
Big thankyou for the unpacking instructions in your latest email.  Probably answers why the untimely demise of so many shortly after arrival (no I've never ask for refund or replacement)

Now, I am just trying to picture how you would open the bottom of the box?  Lay it on its side maybe?

just lay it sideways, open the bottom/top then turn upright - plant should slide out into your hand...

I look for the side of the box where it overlaps and is glued together while keeping the arrows up.
Start at the top and pull apart or carefully slice where the cardboard is glued together.
Most of the time I don't need water for a day or 2 after opening because the soil is still to wet.
If the leaves are folded I sometimes mist with plain water keeping it out of the direct sun until it's ready.
