Title: Rootstock taking over! Post by: Geneva on July 14, 2013, 07:28:30 PM I have a plant 'The Path' which was grafted; now that it has bloomed I see that the main plant became 'Pride of Hankins' and just one smaller branch coming off at the base is actually 'The Path'.
Can I chop off the 'Pride of Hankins' main branch just above where the desirable grafted branch is? And if I do that, can I just root the whole cutting of the POH? It's very pretty!!
