Title: Star of India Post by: Doll on October 21, 2011, 10:55:07 AM Charlie, do you think this needs more sun to bring out the bright orange color. Right now it only gets about an hour of sun.
Title: Re: Star of India Post by: Charlie on October 21, 2011, 12:59:24 PM Most likely. The photos I took of it last year were in a part of the greenhouse that had no shade paint, just 1 layer of clear plastic above it. Also, being an offspring of Saffron, it is likely to share the quality of turning almost yellow in heavy shade.
