WISHLIST RULES ~ UPDATED JAN. 28, 2014:

1. We are unable to honor wishlists with every store update. We try, but sometimes we simply do not have time to go through the growing number of wishlists. Wishlists are a courtesy attempt on our part to try to help you find the plants you want, not a guarantee that we will find these plants for you. If you see the plants you want in our Online Store, please go ahead and purchase them yourself, then delete them from your wishlist.

2. Wishlists are only for active customers. You must have placed an order within the prior 6 months, so that we can add your wishlist plants to your current order, or so that we have very recent information to use for a new order. You must give HVH permission to set up an order and charge the credit card in your most current order for any hibiscus on your wishlist.

3. Wishlist posters, please go into your wish list frequently and click "MODIFY" to do the following:
   • Delete any hibiscus that you are not serious about buying immediately.
   • Add a statement in your wishlist giving HVH permission to place an order for the plants in your list. If you do not add this statement, we will not be able to honor your wishlist. Wishlists without this statement will be removed in one month.

4. All wishlist sales are final. No cancellations or exchanges. Please be sure you actually want all plants on your list!

5. No chit-chat. It's OK to ask a question, but after it's answered, we'll delete it just to keep the lists cleaner.

6. Each person should have 1 posting with a bare wishlist and size preference.

7. Please put only current varieties on the wishlist. No new seedlings or crosses. We must have sold a new variety at least one time before wishlist requests will be honored.

8. Please keep your list in alphabetical order to make it easier to scan quickly.

9. If we cannot identify who you are in your Forum profile, we will not be able to process your wishlist or set up and order for you. Profiles are private, and no one but HVH administrators can see them. So please put your full, real name in your forum profile!

10. Wishlists with missing information will be deleted after 2-3 months in order to keep the lists up-to-date and easier to process.
