Open House at HVH

Last Saturday of Each Month, May - October

First HVH Open House for 2008
Saturday, May 31
11:00am - 4:00pm

Visitors at an HVH Open House
Unfortunately our greenhouse is not accessible to the public (Sorry! Not our choice!), so the only way to see our hibiscus is to go to our Online Store for 359 days of the year. But on the last Saturday of each month, from May through October, we bring our best hibiscus to the home of Charles and Cindy Black and invite all local hibiscus lovers to an Open House there.

Open Houses feature a big bloom display of most of our hibiscus varieties, including some new and promising seedlings. Plants of various sizes are available for purchase, in pot sizes from 4" to 2 gallons, with occasional larger landscape-size hibiscus for sale too. Fertilizer and all our other hibiscus care items are also available. Charles and Cindy Black are the hosts and are there to answer any questions and to talk about all things hibiscus! Mark your calendars now for spring.

When: The last Saturday of each month, May through October, 11:00 AM to 4 PM. Please do not come before the 11 AM opening. Not only are we busy setting up but most importantly the hibiscus blooms do not open until late morning so there is not much to see before 11 AM.

Where: 762 Puerta de Lomas Fallbrook, CA 92028 (See directions below).
THIS LOCATION IS A PRIVATE HOME AND ONLY OPEN FOR HIBISCUS VISITORS ON OPEN HOUSE DAYS.

What to bring: Just yourself, perhaps family and friends, and some good cheer. A camera is fine if desired. If you plan to buy plants, checks or cash are preferred to credit cards.
