Magnum Opus

When the Hurricane hit here in Florida last month I brought all my Hibiscus in the house to try to save them. Most of them lost all their leaves while inside (too little light for too long). Anyway, when I was putting them back outside, I dropped Magnum Opus. The pot split open and the soil went everywhere. Magnum Opus lay there with bare stems and bare roots. I repotted it with fresh soil, but after nearly a month, it still doesn't show signs of coming back. The stems are green if I scratch them with my nail, but not even a hint of growing new leaves. Any ideas what is going on and how I can help save my little Magnum Opus?
