Hi Charlie,
Do you think I should cut this lower branch on my Cindy's Heart? The leaves look different than the leaves higher up on the plant.

Yes, cut it nice and flush with the main trunk. For the first couple of years you should watch for any stems that start growing below that point and, if they show these different leaves, remove them. Suckers, as they are called, can try to grow out of the vigorous rootstock but eventually that will stop.
