Good guesses by both of you but not it yet!
It is still available for sale in the online store only in 6" size and only the outer yellow is the usual color for this CV. Two other usual colors are missing that have been replaced by that pink hue.

I think Roadrunner Dave has it right - Sea of Tranquility... It's the only one with red pads that fits the criteria

Dave there is no payback for you...Deb was right about the pads as this is Sea of Tranquility.
Great job - what made you guess it?

I looked for a bloom with the outer yellow and then combined that with the rest of your clues. Still available in the store in 6" size only and 3 words in the name eliminated a few that looked close. Sea Spray was eliminated by the name for example. I was so focused on those things that I didn't notice the pads though.
