Hi all,

i have a very nice tigerama plant that i have had for a year. i have had only one bloom in that time. its a very healthy plant that is about 30 inches tall and full.

it buds like crazy but will drop the buds just a day or so before they should open.

i have never seen a thrip here, and i don't think they are the problem. there are lots of other plants in the greenhouse.

i have moved it from the sunny area to the shady area and back over the year.

does anyone have any ideas.

Hey Lou, sorry I missed this one from summer. How's the Tigerama been doing this fall?

Sorry to hear about the Tigerama. I don't get many flowers on it either but those I do get are pretty. I'm not propagating it.

No news yet about the seedlings. The seeds need to be planted very early in the year to have much chance of flowering that same year and I think I was too late with yours for blooms this year. I look forward to seeing your first bloom!

Lou, what did you do with it?  I wish I knew you were getting rid of it, I would have gladly given it a chance.  Bummer.

Some CVs seem to take a bit longer to get going than others.  It took my Tigerama two years to start blooming and it blooms well now that it has started.  The bush is not that nice but there really isnt any CV quite like it out there.
