Charlie, I have had this now in the ground for two growing seasons. The bush is well formed and growing fine. The issue is I have never seen it bloom once. In fact there are no buds even forming now. It has been hit with various nutrients too. Any ideas?

I have it also but not sure where it is LOL i took the tags off of a few so I will have to locate it.
