Hi Charlie,

on page 4 of May Flower Photos of the Day you posted pics of an Acadian Spring plant.

A friend of mine gave me a cutting of what she said was AS, but as it is budding up right now I'm not so sure she's right. My buds look very plump and round, whereas yours looked elongated. What do you think? I can't wait for a bud to open up, the suspense is killing me Smiley

I HAD A MAGIC MOMENTS PLANT AND THE BUDS LOOKED LIKE THAT...SHORT AND ROUND...LYNETTE

Lynette, I think you may have nailed it. The buds do look like they could be Magic Moments.

Uli, the leaf edges appear too smooth to be Acadian Springs but if you have Magic Moments instead it is a very nice flower, too. Enormous double in moderate weather conditions.

It looks more and more like you are correct. There is definitely something orange/brown peeking out of the buds. My friend is on vacation at the moment, so maybe the buds will speak for themselves Smiley
