That's a very good sign, Jordan. At this stage they are pretty much bullet proof unless they freeze, and will not come off without a deliberate effort being made to get them off. At this time of year it can take 10 weeks or longer to ripen compared to 6 weeks in summer. If any ever reach 12 weeks just go ahead and harvest them and open them up. They will either be empty or have black ripe seeds by 12 weeks.
