Chris and I decided to do some pollen swapping soon. I am going to collect pollen from some of my plants and ship it to him in WA.

I will post updates and keep a log here.

Kerry can I ask, do you always get pollen, many times my pollen sacks never open at all, is that normal or just because its hotter here. Also if the sacks open much later in the day is the pollen still good.

Hi David , I totally forgot I started this thread.

Yes I do get some cvs or blooms that don't have pollen at all. I also experienced the same issue you are having. Sometimes the pollen sacs will not open till later in the day. The pollen should be good regardless because the pads just opened. As long as the pollen doesn't dry out then it should be good.
